摘要
随着我国进入新发展阶段,各行各业对高层次的技术技能人才需求越来越强烈。面对新需求,“双高”院校举办职业本科教育显得尤为迫切。“双高”院校通过重点建设、制度创新、组织变革,破解了职业教育作为类型教育的一些深层次问题,为独立举办职业本科教育奠定了重要的基础。考虑到多方诉求和多方利益,新修订的《中华人民共和国职业教育法》明确,符合产教深度融合、办学特色鲜明、培养质量较高等条件的专科层次高等职业学校的部分专业,可以实施本科层次的职业教育。这为优质的高职院校在不升格的前提下举办职业本科教育提供了法律依据。由于学科建设对于本科教育的极端重要性,“双高”院校应采取教学科研一体化发展、创新教学科研组织形式等举措来促进学科与专业建设,以满足培养本科人才对教育提出的新要求。
As China enters a new stage of development,the demand for high-level technical and skilled talents in various industries is becoming increasingly strong.Faced with new demands,it is particularly urgent for“double high”colleges to offer vocational undergraduate education.Through major development,institutional innovation,and organizational changes,the“Double High”colleges have solved some underlying problems existing in vocational education,laying an important foundation for independently implementing vocational undergraduate education.Considering multiple demands and interests,the newly revised Vocational Education Law of the People’s Republic of China clearly stipulates that the majors of vocational colleges which meet the conditions of deep integration of industry and education,distinct educational characteristics and high training quality can implement vocational education at the undergraduate level.This provides a legal basis for high-quality vocational colleges to conduct vocational undergraduate education without upgrading.Due to the great importance of discipline construction for undergraduate education,“double-high”colleges should adopt measures such as integrated development of teaching and research,innovating organizational forms of teaching and research,etc.to push forward the construction of disciplines and majors,so as to meet the new requirements for education in cultivating undergraduate talents.
