杭州湾湿地植被演替过程中鞘翅目昆虫群落动态研究 被引量:1

摘要 杭州湾湿地植被演替顺序为新生沙洲湿地→自然滩涂湿地→已围垦湿地→试验林。2021年3月—2022年4月,采用黄盘诱集、震落、灯诱、巴氏罐诱集、扫网法和马氏网诱捕法6种方法对以上4种不同植被类型鞘翅目昆虫进行了调查,运用多样性分析方法对鞘翅目昆虫的多样性、季节动态及群落结构特征进行分析。结果表明,杭州湾湿地分布有鞘翅目昆虫19科108种,其中优势科为叶甲科Chrysomelidae、瓢虫科Coccinellidae、步甲科Carabidae、象甲科Curculionidae等;不同植被类型的鞘翅目昆虫多样性存在较大差异,其中已围垦湿地中的鞘翅目昆虫多样性显著高于其它3种植被类型,而试验林鞘翅目昆虫的Shannon-Wiener多样性指数、Pielou均匀度指数和物种丰富度指数均显著高于其它3种植被类型的;鞘翅目昆虫多样性随时间变化明显,其中秋季的Shannon-Wiener多样性指数、Simpson优势度指数和物种丰富度指数最高,夏季的Pielou均匀度指数最高;同一植被类型不同季节间和不同植被同一季节间的Jaccard相似系数存在显著差异。PCoA聚类分析表明,不同植被类型鞘翅目昆虫的群落结构差异显著,且在RDA分析中发现这些昆虫群落在不同程度上受植被生物量、植被物种数和植被盖度3种环境因子的影响。以上研究结果表明,杭州湾湿地鞘翅目昆虫群落多样性受植被类型和季节变化等因素的显著影响,不同生境中与同一环境因子的影响程度存在差异;随着植被演替的推进,鞘翅目昆虫多样性、均匀度和物种丰富度均呈逐渐升高的趋势。这些结果为深入研究杭州湾湿地鞘翅目昆虫多样性及群落结构特征在植被演替中动态变化规律提供了基础信息。 From March 2021 to April 2022,captures were carried out on Coleoptera in four vegetation like new wetland,tidal flat,polder reclamation,experimental forest by different traps in Hangzhou Bay wetland.There were 108 species of 19 families of Coleoptera,dominated by Chrysomelidae,Coccinellidae,Carabidae,Curculionidae,etc.There were significant differences in the diversity of Coleoptera among different vegetation types.The diversity of Coleoptera in polder reclamation was significantly higher than that in the other three,while Shannon-Wiener diversity index,Pielou evenness index,and Simpson dominance and richness index in the experimental forest were significantly higher than that in the other three.The diversity of Coleoptera was the highest in summer and autumn,Shannon-Wiener diversity index,Simpson dominance index and species richness index in autumn was the highest,and the highest Pielou evenness index was in summer.There were significant differences of Jaccard coefficient similarity among different seasons in the same vegetation as well as among different vegetation in the same season.PCoA analysis showed significant differences of population structure of Coleoptera in different vegetation.RDA analysis demonstrated that populations were influenced vegetation biomass,number of vegetation species,and vegetation coverage.
