摘要
目的促进我国制药企业绿色发展。方法查阅文献,运用专家咨询法,借鉴相关技术创新评价指标,设计我国制药企业绿色发展评价指标体系,并利用层次分析法确定各指标的权重。结果制药企业绿色发展的投入为最重要的一级指标,其次是产出和环境;人员及科研经费投入力度、绿色产品市场营销投入、企业绿色发展溢出效应、排污与净化技术设备投入强度、绿色发展技术标准化程度、企业间合作与竞争这6个二级指标对制药企业绿色发展具有重要意义。结论为促进我国制药企业的绿色发展,应适当加大相关投入,持续关注相关产出,加强相关环境建设。
Objective To promote the green development of pharmaceutical enterprises in China.Methods By literature analysis and expert consultation,a green development evaluation indicators system of pharmaceutical enterprises in China was designed based on the relevant technological innovation evaluation indicator,and the weight of each indicator was determined by the analytic hierarchy process method.Results The investment in green development of pharmaceutical enterprises was the most important primary indicator,followed by the output and environment.Six secondary indicators such as investment in personnel and research funding,investment in green product marketing,green development spillover effect,investment in pollution discharge and purification technology equipment,standardization of green development technology,cooperation and competition among enterprises were of great significance for the green development of pharmaceutical enterprises.Conclusion In order to promote the green development of pharmaceutical enterprises in China,we should appropriately increase relevant investment,continue to pay attention to relevant output,and strengthen relevant environmental construction.
