摘要
近些年来,基于新时代的大背景下,工业化进程在社会经济结构中的发展快速提升,现代医学技术水平也发生了创新发展,进一步提高了医疗质量。就现代医院来说,提高医疗质量水平除了要引入先进的诊疗设备和应用高效的药物之外,还需要特别重视医院感染问题。医院感染不仅会对医疗和护理质量造成影响,还会对住院患者的预后、身心健康造成影响,另外还和医院的发展、医疗费用、医疗事故也密切相关,因为医疗活动的过程中均有院内感染因素,所以加强医院感染质量管理和控制较为重要。有效控制医院感染情况,强化感染质量管理,是现阶段医院及医护人员需要特别重视的课题。医院感染管理者需要灵活应用自身的协调、计划、控制、组织职能,有效应用现有的资源,最大程度保证医院感染质量管理的效果,以此达到降低感染发生率的目的。基于此,本文探讨了现代医院感染质量管理方法与控制思路的具体方案,旨在为降低医院感染及提高医疗质量水平提供帮助。
In recent years,based on the background of the new era,the development of industrialization process in the social and economic structure has been rapidly improved,the level of modern medical technology has been innovated and developed,further improving the quality of medical trerament.For modern hospitals,improving the level of medical quality not only requires the introduction advanced diagnosis and treatment equipment and applying efficient drugs,but also requires special attention to the issue of hospital infection.Hospital infection will not only affect the quality of medical treatment and nursing,but also affect the prognosis and physical and mental health of hospitalized patients.In addition,it is closely related to the development of hospitals,medical expenses and medical malpractice.Because there are hospital infection factors in the process of medical activties,so it is more important to strengthen the quality management and control of hospital infection.Effective control of hospital infection and strengthening of infection quality management are issues that hospitals and medical staff need to pay special attention to at this stage.Hospital infection managers need to flexibly apply their own coordination,planning,control,and organizational functions,effectively use existing resources,and maximize the effect of hospital infection quality management,so as to achieve the goal of reducing the incidence of infection.Based on this,this paper discusses the specific scheme of modern hospital infection quality management methods and control ideas,aiming to provide help to reduce hospital infection and improve the level of medical quality.
