摘要
目的:探讨综合性护理干预对颅内动脉瘤患者负性情绪及遵医行为的影响.方法:选取本院2020年4月至2022年7月收治的颅内动脉瘤患者96例为研究对象.根据随机数字表法将其分为研究组(n=48,常规护理基础上加以综合性护理干预)和对照组(n=48,常规护理干预).比较两组患者遵医行为、入院当天及出院前1 d负性情绪[抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分].结果:干预后,研究组患者遵医率(95.83%,46/48)高于对照组(70.83%,34/48),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,与对照组比较,研究组SDS、SAS评分均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:综合性护理干预能减少颅内动脉瘤患者负性情绪,提高其遵医行为.
Objective:To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on negative emotion and compliance behavior of patients with intracranial aneurysm.Methods:A total of 96 patients with intracranial aneurysm admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to July 2022 were selected in this study.According to the random number table method,they were divided into study group(n=48,received comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing)and control group(n=48,received routine nursing intervention).Compliance behavior,negative emotions[self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores]on the day of admission and 1 day before discharge were compared between the two groups by statistical methods.Results:After intervention,the compliance rate of the study group(95.83%,46/48)was higher than that of the control group(70.83%,34/48),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,SDS and SAS scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the negative emotions of patients with intracranial aneurysm,improve their compliance behavior.
