摘要
在全球水资源稀缺的大环境下,我国的水资源也面临着诸多严重的问题,基于水资源状况,想要实现水资源协调可持续发展必须得提高对水资源总量管理的科学性,本文以邯郸市东部平原区为研究对象,采用相应目标ET计算方法,对研究区不同水平年目标ET进行确定分析。结果表明,1990-2012年系列多年平均目标ET为46.2亿m^(3),降水~可消耗ET的线性相关程度较高,相关系数为0.9559;经计算,丰水年、平水年、枯水年目标ET分别为50.1亿m^(3),47.1亿m^(3),44.3亿m^(3)。目标ET的确定可提高对水资源总量管理的科学性。
Under the environment of global water scarcity,my country's water resources are also facing many serious problems.Based on the status of water resources,in order to achieve coordinated and sustainable development of water resources,it is necessary to improve the scientific nature of total water resources management.Taking the eastern plain area of Handan City as the research object,this paper uses the corresponding target ET calculation method to determine and analyze the target ET at different levels in the study area.The results show that the multi-year average target ET of the series from 1990 to 2012 is 4.62 billion m^(3),the linear correlation between precipitation and consumable ET is high,and the correlation coefficient is 0.9559;Through calculation,the target ET in wet year,normal year and dry year are 5.01 billion m^(3),4.71 billion m^(3)and 4.43 billion m^(3)respectively.Determination of target ET can improve the scientificity of total water resources management.
