摘要
目的:通过分析《中西医结合肝病杂志》2018~2022年的发文及被引情况,对期刊发文和学术影响力进行评估。方法:以中国知网“中国学术期刊全文数据库”和“中国引文数据库”为数据统计源,利用EXCEL作为数据处理和分析工具,对期刊近5年的载文及被引情况、基金论文情况、发文作者、发文机构及栏目影响力进行统计分析。以2018~2022年版《中国科技期刊引证报告(核心版)》为依据,对期刊近5年的期刊评价指标进行纵向和横向比较分析。结果:2018~2022年,《中西医结合肝病杂志》共载文1154篇,其中基金论文739篇,占比64.04%,发文量最多的基金类别是国家自然科学基金;发文量和被引频次最高的作者是来自上海中医药大学附属曙光医院的高月求;发文量和被引频次最高的机构是湖北省中医院;五年间共设立22个栏目(排除信息等栏目),发文量及总被引频次最高的栏目是“临床研究”,篇均被引频次最高的栏目是“标准与指南”,出现频次最高的关键词是“肝癌”。根据2018~2022年版《中国科技期刊引证报告(核心版)》统计数据,《中西医结合肝病杂志》的发表内容中学术性成果大幅提升,核心总被引频次持续上升,从526次上升到780次(涨幅38.79%),消化病学学科排名基本维持在第11名,总排名由第1354名上升到第1275名,上升79个名次(年均上升15.8个名次);核心影响因子从0.441连年上升至0.908(涨幅105.9%),消化病学科排名上升6个名次,中西医结合学科排名上升3个名次,总排名由第1271名上升至第870名,上升401个名次(年均上升80.2个名次,涨幅46.09%);综合评价总分各项指标呈波动趋势,最好成绩出现在2019年。结论:2018~2022年期间,《中西医结合肝病杂志》的载文数量及质量有明显提升,各项期刊评价指标整体处于上升趋势,尤其是核心总被引频次和核心影响因子的数值逐年上升。在消化病学科领域杂志的整体表现要优于中西医结合学科领域。
Objective:To evaluate the publication and academic influence of Chinese Journal of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine on Liver Diseases from 2018 to 2022 by analyzing its publications and citations.Methods:Using CNKI′s"Chinese Academic Journal Network Publishing Database"and"Chinese Citation Database"as statistical sources,EXCEL was used as a data processing and analysis tool to make a statistical analysis of the articles published,citations,funded papers,authors,publishing institutions and column influence in recent five years.Based on the 2018-2022 Annual edition of Chinese Science and Technology Journal Citation Reports(Core version),this paper makes a vertical and horizontal comparative analysis of evaluation indicators of periodicals in the past five years.Results:During 2018-2022,a total of 1154 articles were published in the Chinese Journal of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine on Liver Diseases,among which 739 were funded papers,accounting for 64.04%.The National Natural Science Foundation of China was the fund category with the largest number of papers.The author with the highest number of publications and cited frequency is Gao Yueqiu from Shuguang Hospital Affiliated with the Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Hubei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine was the institution with the highest number of publications and cited frequency.A total of 22 columns were set up in the past five years,the column with the highest number of publications and total citation frequency was"Clinical research",the column with the highest citation frequency was"standards and guidelines",and the keyword with the highest frequency was"liver cancer".According to the statistics of the 2018-2022 Annual edition of Chinese Science and Technology Journal Citation Reports(Core version),the academic achievements of the published content of Chinese Journal of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine on Liver Diseases have been greatly improved,the total core citation frequency continued to rise,from 526 times to 780 times(an increase of 38.79%).The ranking of gastroenterology basically remained at 11th place,and the total ranking rose from 1354 to 1275,an increase of 79 places(an average annual increase of 15.8 places).The core impact factor increased from 0.441 to 0.908(an increase of 105.9%),the ranking of gastroenterology rose by six places,the ranking of integrative Chinese and Western medicine rose by three places,and the overall ranking rose from 1271 to 870 places,an increase of 401 places(an annual increase of 80.2 places,an increase of 46.09%).The indicators of the overall score of the comprehensive evaluation showed a fluctuating trend,and the best results appeared in 2019.Conclusion:From 2018 to 2022,the quantity and quality of articles in Chinese Journal of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine on Liver Diseases were significantly improved,and the evaluation indexes of all journals were on the rise,especially the values of the total core citation frequency and core impact factors increased year by year.The overall performance in the field of digestive disease is better than that in the field of integrated Chinese and Western medicine.
