摘要
本文提出了一种基于相变仿真技术的排气降温装置设计优化方法。通过构建排气降温装置的几何参数化模型,搭建网格生成和CFD仿真的自动化流程,优化算法以驱动参数来实现对不同设计方案的自动寻优,最终获得最优的设计方案。以国内某重型燃气轮机燃烧试验台高温排气喷水冷却装置的设计为例,验证了该方法的有效性。该方法有利于降低设计门槛,缩短设计时间,提升设计质量。
An optimization design method for exhaust cooling device based on phase change simulation technology has been proposed.By constructing a geometric parameterized model of the device,establishing an automated process for grid generation and computational fluid dynamics(CFD)simulation,the optimization algorithm can drive parameters to achieve automatic optimization of different design schemes,and ultimately obtain the optimal design scheme.Based on the high-temperature gas spray cooling system of a domestic heavy-duty gas turbine combustion test,the effectiveness of the method was verified.This method is beneficial for reducing design thresholds,shortening design time,and improving design quality.
