摘要
对某产品盐雾试验不合格的原因进行分析,利用试验验证的方法,通过优化表面处理加工工艺流程、调整加工参数,分析比较喷涂二硫化钼与浸涂二硫化钼的区别与优缺点,解决自锁螺母盐雾试验不合格的问题,提高产品性能的一致性及稳定性。
Through the analysis of the reasons for the unqualified salt spray test of a product,the differences,advantages and disadvantages between spraying molybdenum disulfide and dipping molybdenum disulfide were analyzed and compared by optimizing the processing flow and processing parameters of surface treatment with the method of experimental verification.The problem of unqualified salt spray test of self-locking nut was solved,and the consistency and stability of product performance were improved.
