白藜芦醇治疗精子线粒体损伤导致的男性不育的作用机制研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 良好的精子活力是男性保持生育力的关键。线粒体是精子活力的主要调节器,当精子线粒体DNA损伤、线粒体蛋白表达异常、线粒体膜电位改变、氧化应激损伤时,精子活力均明显降低,导致男性不育。白藜芦醇是植物多酚类化合物中抗氧化能力最强的物质之一,具有清除氧自由基、抑制脂质过氧化、调节相关酶活性及基因表达等作用。本文对白藜芦醇在精子线粒体损伤导致的男性不育中的潜在作用和相关机制进行综述,为男性不育的临床治疗与相关研究提供参考依据。 Good sperm motility is the key for men to maintain fertility.Mitochondria are the main regulator of sperm motility.When sperm mitochondrial DNA is damaged,mitochondrial protein expression is abnormal,mitochondrial membrane potential changes,oxidative stress damage,sperm motility is significantly reduced,leading to male infertility.Resveratrol is one of the most powerful antioxidants substances in plant polyphenols.It has the functions of scavenging oxygen free radicals,inhibiting lipid peroxidation,regulating the activity of related enzymes and gene expression.This article reviews the potential role and related mechanism of resveratrol in male infertility caused by sperm mitochondrial damage,and provides a reference for the clinical treatment and related research of male infertility.
