摘要
传统技术在变电站双电源切换开关自动切换故障及处理中应用效果不佳,不仅故障识别率较低,而且处理后开关跨档频率仍较高,无法达到预期的处理效果,为此提出变电站双电源切换开关自动切换故障及处理技术研究。通过对开关传感测试,拾取开关自动切换振动信号,利用小波变换算法分解振动信号,提取信号时域特征,利用反向传播(Back Propagation,BP)神经网络识别故障类型,并对其采取对应的处理措施。实验证明,设计的故障处理技术的故障识别率在95%以上,故障处理后开关跨档频率低于1%,设计技术在变电站双电源切换开关自动切换故障及处理方面具有良好的应用前景。
Due to the poor application effect of the traditional technology in the automatic switching fault and processing of the dual transfer switch in the substation,not only the fault identification rate is low,but also the switch cross gear frequency is still high after processing,which cannot achieve the expected processing effect.Therefore,the research on the automatic switching fault and processing technology of the dual Transfer switch in the substation is proposed.By testing the sensor of the switch,picking up the automatic switching vibration signal of the switch,using wavelet transform algorithm to decompose the vibration signal,extracting the time-domain features of the signal,and using Back Propagation(BP)neural network to identify the fault type,and taking corresponding processing measures for it.The experiment shows that the fault identification rate of the designed fault processing technology is more than 95%,and the switch span frequency after fault processing is less than 1%.The design technology has a good application prospect in the automatic switching fault and processing of double transfer switch in substation.
