摘要 针对智能变电站高度信息化给安全措施执行带来的风险问题,设计了一套基于数据通信建模技术的移动式智能变电站安措防误预警系统,该系统可通过多源数据采集、数据建模和系统应用集成技术,构建智能变电站继电保护移动运维模式,实现二次虚实回路动态展示、保护设备信息多层级监视和二次设备安全措施防误预警等功能。将该系统应用于智能变电站,在二次设备的巡视、缺陷故障快速定位及设备停电检修布置安措等方面为运维人员的日常维护工作提供了有效帮助,提高了智能变电站的运维可靠性。 In view of the risk problems brought by the high informatization of intelligent substations to the implementation of security measures,the author designs a set of security precaution misoperation early warning system for mobile intelligent substations based on data communication modeling technology.The system can build a mobile operation and maintenance mode of intelligent station relay protection through multi-source data acquisition,data modeling and system application integration technology,and realize the dynamic display of secondary virtual and real circuits,multi-level monitoring of protection equipment information and security precaution misoperation early warning of secondary equipment safety measures.The application of the system in intelligent substations will provide effective assistance for the daily maintenance work of operation and maintenance personnel in terms of secondary equipment inspection,rapid positioning of defects and faults,and arrangement of security measures for equipment power outage maintenance,therefore improving the reliability of intelligent substation operation and maintenance.
