摘要
骨修复材料植入术所造成的局部感染是手术并发症中之一,会导致手术失败并且增加患者治疗或二次手术的痛苦和费用。羟基磷灰石(Hydroxyapatite)材料具有与生物硬组织相似的结构与化学组成,具有优异的生物活性,备受国内外研究者们的关注。羟基磷灰石本身无抗菌特性,然而离子的掺杂赋予了羟基磷灰石出色的抗菌特性以及其他各类特性。当前研究的热点主要是常见金属离子元素掺杂羟基磷灰石的特性,近年来,一些类金属、重金属和部分镧系稀土元素掺杂的羟基磷灰石也开始获得研究。本文综述了一些常见的金属离子,镧系稀土金属离子,非金属离子还有其他离子单一掺杂和多种离子共掺杂羟基磷灰石的抗菌性能的研究进展,最后对存在的问题及未来的发展做了总结及展望。
Local infection caused by bone repair material implantation is one of the surgical complications,which can lead to surgical failure and increase the pain and cost of the patient's treatment or secondary surgery.Material Hydroxyapatite has a structure and chemical composition similar to that of biological hard tissue and has excellent biological activity,attracting much attention from researchers at home and abroad.Hydroxyapatite itself has no antibacterial properties,but the doping of ions gives hydroxyapatite excellent antibacterial properties and other characteristics.Current research focuses on the properties of common metal ion doped hydroxyapatite.In recent years,some metal-like,heavy metal and some lanthanide rare earth elements doped hydroxyapatite have also begun to appear in people's field of vision.In this paper,the research progress of antibacterial properties of some common metal ions,lanthanide rare earth metal ions,non-metallic ions and other ions single and multiple co-doped hydroxyapatite was reviewed.Finally,the existing problems and future development were summarized and prospected.
