摘要
规模化养殖场及其周边环境问题,成为制约养殖业进一步发展的主要因素之一。针对养猪场废水CODCr、SS、NH3-N浓度高和水质水量波动大等特点,本工程采用“固液分离+厌氧工艺+二级A/O工艺+混凝沉淀+曝气生物滤池”组合工艺处理江西某规模化养猪场废水。经过稳定运行,最终尾水CODCr、NH3-N、TP的排放质量浓度范围分别为114~142、2~16、2.0~5.6 mg/L,达到GB 5084—2021《农田灌溉水质标准》和GB 18596—2001《畜禽养殖业污染物排放标准》的较严值,废水处理运行成本约为3.46元/t。运行结果表明,该工艺具有耐进水负荷冲击、出水水质稳定、运行成本低等特点。
The problem of large-scale livestock farms and their surrounding environment has become one of the main factors restricting the further development of livestock and poultry breeding industry.In view of the characteristics of high CODCr,SS,NH3-N concentrations and large fluctuations in water quality and quantity in pig farm wastewater,this project adopts a combination process of"solid-liquid separation+anaerobic process+two stage A/O process+coagulation sedimentation+BAF"to treat wastewater from a large-scale pig farm in Jiangxi.After stable operation,the final discharge concentration ranges of CODCr,NH3-N and TP in the tail water are 114-142,2-16 and 2.0-5.6 mg/L respectively,which meet the stricter values of the GB 5084—2021"Irrigation Water Quality Standard for Farmland"and GB 18596—2001"Pollutant Discharge Standard for Livestock and Poultry Industry".The operating cost of wastewater treatment is about 3.46 yuan/t.The operation results indicate that the process has characteristics such as resistance to influent load impact,stable effluent quality and low operating cost.
