摘要
目的:分析透明质酸修护生物膜联合氯雷他定片治疗特应性皮炎的临床效果。方法:选取2020年12月-2022年12月浦城县医院皮肤科收治的特应性皮炎患者94例为观察对象,随机分成对照组和观察组,每组47例。对照组使用氯雷他定片治疗,观察组使用透明质酸修护生物膜联合氯雷他定片治疗。比较两组的治疗效果,治疗前后的症状及疼痛评分、皮肤屏障功能、炎性因子水平。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.031);治疗后,观察组特应性皮炎评分系统、视觉模拟评分法评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗后,观察组不成熟角质套膜、经皮水分丢失低于对照组,人组织激肽释放酶5、皮质含量、角质层含水量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组白细胞介素-2水平高于对照组,白细胞介素-4水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在特应性皮炎的治疗中,采用透明质酸修护生物膜联合氯雷他定片的治疗方案,能够提高治疗总有效率,减轻症状及疼痛程度,提高皮肤屏障功能,改善炎性因子水平,临床效果十分满意。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of hyaluronic acid repairing biofilm combined with loratadine tablets in the treatment of atopic dermatitis.Methods:A total of ninety-four patients with atopic dermatitis admitted to the Department of Dermatology,Pucheng County Hospital from December 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the observation objects,and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with forty-seven cases in each group.The control group was treated with loratadine tablets,and the observation group was treated with hyaluronic acid repairing biofilm combined with loratadine tablets.The therapeutic effects,symptoms and pain scores,skin barrier function and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.031);After treatment,the scores of atopic dermatitis scoring system and visual analogue scoring method in observation group were lower than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);After treatment,immature cuticle sheath and transdermal water loss in observation group were lower than those in control group,human tissue kallikrenase-5,cortical content and cuticle water content in observation group were higher than those in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);After treatment,the level of interleukin-2 in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the level of interleukin-4 was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of atopic dermatitis,the combination of hyaluronic acid repair biofilm and loratadine tablets can improve the total effective rate,reduce symptoms and pain,improve skin barrier function,and improve the level of inflammatory factors,and the clinical effect is satisfactory.
