摘要 随着人工智能在医疗领域的迅速融合发展,影像组学作为一个新兴的领域,利用术前放射成像来反映与特定临床结果相关的细微模式变化,目前已广泛应用于组织病理学诊断预测、治疗反应评估和预后预测。人工智能技术的发展和医疗大数据的积累为我们更好地理解影像组学机制提供了新的见解,这将极大地推动精准医疗在肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)管理中的发展。该综述总结了影像组学在肝细胞癌精准诊治中的转化应用及未来的发展潜力,展望在飞速发展的诊疗技术时代,如何将人工智能更高效的运用在HCC临床实践中。 With the rapid integration of artificial intelligence in the medical field,imaging-omics,as an emerging field,uses preoperative radiological imaging to reflect subtle pattern changes associated with specific clinical outcomes.At present,it has been widely used in histopathological diagnosis and prediction,treatment response evaluation and prognosis prediction.The development of artificial intelligence technology and the accumulation of medical big data provide us with new insights to better understand the mechanisms of imaging,which will greatly promote the development of precision medicine in the management of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).This review summarized the translational application of imaging-omics in the accurate diagnosis and treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma and its future development potential,and looked forward to how to apply artificial intelligence more efficiently in HCC clinical practice in the era of rapid development of diagnosis and treatment technology.
