摘要
目的观察附萸汤治疗慢性心力衰竭对患者心功能、氧化应激指标的影响。方法收集汉中市中心医院2020年1月—2022年1月收治的慢性心力衰竭患者120例,随机分组为对照组(60例,常规西药治疗)、治疗组(60例,常规西药+附萸汤),评估疗效,记录患者治疗前及治疗后中医症状评分,测量治疗前及治疗后心功能指标、氧化应激指标,记录治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组主症积分、次症积分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)及血清丙二醛(MDA)水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);左心室射血分数(LVEF)及血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);组间不良反应发生率比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论给予慢性心力衰竭患者附萸汤治疗可显著下调患者氧化应激指标水平,改善临床症状及心功能,提升整体疗效,且联合治疗安全性高。
Objective To explore the effects of Fuyu decoction on heart function and oxidative stress indicators in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods 120 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to Hanzhong Central Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were collected and randomly divided into a control group(60 cases,treated with conventional Western medicine)and a treatment group(60 cases,treated with conventional Western medicine+Fuyu decoction).The therapeutic effect was evaluated,and the scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms before and after treatment were recorded.Cardiac function indicators and oxidative stress indicators were measured before and after treatment,and the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment was recorded.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the main symptom score and secondary symptom score of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD),and serum malondialdehyde(MDA)levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and serum superoxide dismutase(SOD)levels were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Treating patients with chronic heart failure with Fuyu decoction can significantly lower the levels of oxidative stress indicators,improve clinical symptoms and heart function,enhance overall efficacy,and the combined treatment has high safety.
