摘要
大型底栖动物是海洋生态系统重要的生态类群,分析其群落组成及分布格局可为生态系统保护与修复提供理论支撑。本研究根据2021年4月(春季)和10月(秋季)开展的沙埕港大型底栖动物和环境调查数据,采用自组织映射神经网络(self-organizing maps,SOM)分析大型底栖动物群落分布特征,探究其群落分布与环境因子之间的关系。结果显示:共鉴定出大型底栖动物41种,其中细丝鳃虫、杂色巢沙蚕和短吻铲荚螠为优势种。SOM分析表明,群落分布类型分为Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型和Ⅲ型,其分布格局存在空间异质性,其中组Ⅰ型主要分布在湾内区域,Ⅱ型和Ⅲ型分别集中于湾中和湾外区域。基于大型底栖动物丰度和环境因子的冗余分析表明,中值粒径和温度是影响沙埕港大型底栖动物分布的关键环境因子。
Macrobenthos are important ecological groups in marine ecosystem.The analysis of their community composition and distribution pattern can provide theoretical support for ecosystem protection and restoration.In this study,based on the survey data of macrobenthos and their environment in Shacheng Harbour in April(spring)and October(autumn)2021,self-organizing maps(SOM)were used to analyze the distribution characteristics of macrobenthos community and explore the relationship between the distribution of macrobenthos and environmental factors.The results showed that a total of 41 macrobenthic species were obtained,among which Cirratulus filiformis,Diopatra variabilis and Listriolobus brevirostris were dominant species.SOM analysis showed that the community distribution was divided into type I,type II and type III,with spatial heterogeneity.Type I was mainly distributed in the inner bay,while type II and type III were concentrated in the middle and outer bay,respectively.Based on the redundancy analysis of macrobenthos abundance and environmental factors,it is concluded that the median particle size and temperature are the key environmental factors affecting the distribution of macrobenthos in Shacheng Harbour.
