摘要
广西融安县西山林场于2009年被列为第一批国家级杉木良种基地,2014年至2022年持续开展人工控制授粉制种试验,在杉木控制授粉方面积累了一些经验。本文在介绍杉木雌、雄球花开花生物学特性的基础上,从亲本选择、杂交套袋、花粉采集、授粉、解袋和球果采收等方面总结了杉木控制授粉关键技术,以期为杉木杂交育种提供参考。
Xishan Forest Farm of Rong’an County in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region was among the first batch of national improved variety bases of Cunninghamia lanceolata in 2009.From 2014 to 2022,experiments on controlled pollination of Cunninghamia lanceolata had been consistently carried out at the forest farm and valuable experience had been gained.In this paper,based on an introduction to the biological flowering characteristics of the female and male cones of the species,a summary was made on the key techniques for controlled pollination of the trees from such aspects as parent selection,cross-pollination bagging,pollen collection,pollination,unbagging and cone harvesting,so as to provide reference for crossbreeding of the species.
