压电微型超声换能器阵列设计及焊缝检测应用 被引量:1

摘要 针对现有焊缝检测存在换能器尺寸大,带宽窄,成本高和应用灵活性差等局限,该文研制出一种八通道压电微型超声换能器阵列探头。阻抗频率和回波特性测试结果表明,理论模型能有效地指导超声换能器阵列设计,工作频率偏差不超过2%,-6 dB相对带宽可达87.85%。利用探头实现了对25 mm厚度的标准对接钢板试块内部缺陷的准确识别,检测分辨率优于1 mm。该探头体型小且各阵元能独立或协同工作,扫描模式应用灵活,可为焊接钢板的健康监测提供技术参考。 In view of the limitations of large size of transducer,narrow bandwidth,high cost and poor application flexibility in existing weld detection,an eight-channel miniaturized piezoelectric ultrasonic transducer array probe has been developed.The testing results of the impedance-frequency and ultrasonic echo characteristic show that the theoretical model can effectively guide the design of the ultrasonic transducer array.The operating frequency deviation of the designed ultrasonic transducer array is less than 2%and-6 dB relative bandwidth can be as high as 87.85%.The fabricated probe is used to identify the internal defects of the standard butt steel plate test block with a thickness of 25 mm and the detection resolution is better than 1 mm.The probe has a small size and each array element can work independently or collaboratively,and the scanning mode is flexible,which can provide a technical reference for health monitoring of welded steel plates.
