摘要
国内外对工业遗产的研究渐成体系,但近现代工业厂房等未登录为工业遗产的工业遗存价值评价研究仍存在不足,也缺少基于价值评价和绿色节能视角的改造策略研究。本研究针对近现代工业遗产、工业遗存、普通厂房、新建厂房等典型案例,运用案例研究、比较研究、物理环境建模模拟等方法,探究近现代工业厂房的价值评价体系与绿色节能改造策略。在梳理既往工业遗产价值评价体系的基础上,建立近现代厂房价值评价体系,进而开展已登录的工业遗产、未登录的典型工业遗存、普通厂房、新建厂房等不同类别厂房的案例分析,最后提出近现代厂房的绿色节能改造策略,为厂房改造利用、未来厂房绿色节能设计提供新视角。
The research on industrial heritage at home and abroad is gradually forming a system,but the value evaluation of industrial remains like modern industrial plants that’s not yet listed as industrial heritage is still insufficient,and there’s also a lack of renovation strategies based on the perspective of value evaluation and green energy-saving.In view of the typical cases of modern industrial heritage,industrial remains,ordinary plants and new plants,this paper uses case study,comparative study,physical environment modeling and simulation and other methods to explore the value evaluation system and green renovation strategy of modern industrial plants.Based on the previous industrial heritage value evaluation system,the modern industrial plant value evaluation system is established.Furthermore,case studies of different types of modern plants are carried out,including listed industrial heritage,unlisted typical industrial remains,ordinary plants,new plants,and so on.Finally,it puts forward the green energy-saving renovation strategies for modern plants.It provides a new perspective for the renovation and utilization of the industrial plants and the green energy-saving design of future plants.
