摘要
随着我国经济的快速发展,空气污染、水污染、土壤污染等各种生态环境问题随之而来。目前,我国非常重视各种环境问题的解决,并颁布了一系列法律法规。由于土壤环境的性质和恢复期较长等因素,使得土壤环境保护越来越需要得到人们的关注。目前,人们对土壤环境的认识还不够,国家和地方的治理方案还没有建立起专业有效的体系,还存在很多问题。在此基础上,本文提出了进一步加强和改进土壤环境保护与风险控制的对策,并结合各地实际情况,保证环境与土壤的可持续发展。
With the rapid development of China’s economy,air pollution,water pollution,soil pollution and other ecological and environmental problems follow.At present,China attaches great importance to the solution of various environmental problems,and has promulgated a series of laws and regulations.When it comes to soil pollution,due to the nature and long period of soil environment recovery,soil environment protection needs to get people’s attention.At present,people’s understanding of the land environment is not enough,and the national and local governance programs have not established a professional and effective system,and there are still many problems.Therefore,it is necessary to gradually establish and improve soil environmental protection,improvement and risk prevention and control measures,solve soil problems according to local conditions,and ensure the sustainable development of environmental soil.
