摘要
研究综合护理对加速顺产产妇会阴侧切后切口愈合的效果。选取2022年1月—2023年1月赫章县妇幼保健院收治的42例顺产会阴侧切产妇为研究对象,依照数字随机的原则均分为对照组与观察组。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施综合护理。比较两组产妇VAS评分、并发症发生率、愈合情况、护理满意度、SAS、SDS评分、SF-36评分。结果显示,护理前两组产妇VAS评分(P>0.05),护理后观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组甲级愈合人数多于对照组,乙级与丙级愈合人数均少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);护理前两组产妇SAS、SDS评分(P>0.05),护理后观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);护理前两组产妇SF-36评分(P>0.05),护理后观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,综合护理有助于减轻顺产会阴侧切产妇的疼痛,促进愈合,改善产妇的心理状态与生活质量,建议普及。
Study the eff ect of comprehensive nursing on accelerating the healing of incision after lateral episiotomy in postpartum women.From January 2022 to January 2023,42 cases of parturients with spontaneous perineotomy who were admitted to Hezhang County Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the principle of digital randomization.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received comprehensive care.The pain level,incidence of complications,healing status,nursing satisfaction,psychological status,and quality of life were compared between the groups.Compared with VAS scores(P>0.05);After nursing,both groups showed a decrease,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and there was a statistical diff erence between the groups(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the observation group had more people with Grade A healing,while the number of people with Grade B and Grade C healing was lower than the control group.(P<0.05);Comparison of nursing satisfaction showed that the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);Compared with SAS and SDS scores(P>0.05);After nursing,both groups showed a decrease,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);There was no statistically signifi cant diff erence in SF-36 scores between the groups before nursing(P>0.05);After nursing,the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that comprehensive nursing can help alleviate the pain of postpartum women undergoing episiotomy,promote healing,and improve their psychological state and quality of life.It is recommended to popularize it.
