摘要
痤疮的治疗是皮肤科的难题之一,是临床常见病、多发病、疑难病。目前现代医学对于痤疮也没有良好的治疗方案与思路,中医虽有其独特的优势,但临床女性患者症状表现更为复杂,单纯从肺胃论治疗效果欠佳。基于女子以肝为先天、以血为本,有余于气、不足于血的生理特点,以及女性痤疮肝郁血热的常见病机,临床采用清代治温名方升降散加减治疗,同时佐以中药外洗、怡情易性、修心调气。患者的症状改善较为明显,效果确切,故解郁清热、调气理血、心理疏导是治疗女性肝郁血热型痤疮的基本方法,供广大皮肤科医生参考借鉴。
The treatment of acne is one of the diffi cult problems in dermatology,and it is a common,frequently occurring,and diffi cult disease in clinical practice.At present,modern medicine does not have a good treatment plan and approach for acne.Although traditional Chinese medicine has its unique advantages,the symptoms of female patients in clinical practice are more complex,and the treatment eff ect is not ideal solely based on the lung and stomach.Based on the physiological characteristics of women who are born with the liver and blood as the foundation,with excess qi and defi ciency in blood,as well as the common pathogenesis of acne caused by liver stagnation and blood heat in women,the clinical treatment adopts the Qing Dynasty’s famous formula for warming,Shengjiang Powder,and is supplemented with traditional Chinese medicine for external washing,promoting emotional well-being,and regulating the heart and qi.The patient’s symptoms have improved significantly and the effect is defi nite.Therefore,relieving depression and clearing heat,regulating qi and regulating blood,and psychological counseling are the basic methods for treating female acne with liver depression and blood heat,providing reference for dermatologists.
