摘要
分析X线片联合超声诊断膝关节囊内骨折的可行性和准确性。选取2022年1月—2023年4月贵州省六盘水市钟山区老鹰山医院收治的80例膝关节囊内骨折患者为研究对象,根据入院时间将其平均分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。其中,对照组应用X线片检查,观察组应用X线片联合超声检查。对比两组患者的诊断准确率。结果显示,观察组的诊断准确率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,采用X线片联合超声检查诊断膝关节囊内骨折的准确率较高,具有应用价值。
To analyze the feasibility and accuracy of X-ray fi lm combined with ultrasound in the diagnosis of knee Joint capsule fractures.From January 2022 to April 2023,80 patients with knee Joint capsule fractures admitted to Laoyingshan Hospital,Liupanshui City,Guizhou Province were selected as the research objects.According to diff erent admission time,they were divided into control group and observation group on average,with 40 patients in each group.Among them,the control group received X-ray examination,while the observation group received X-ray combined with ultrasound examination.Compare the diagnostic accuracy of the two groups of patients.The results showed that the diagnostic accuracy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The study found that the accuracy rate of X-ray fi lm combined with ultrasound in the diagnosis of knee Joint capsule fractures is high,and has application value.
