子午线轮胎重皮问题解决案例分析

摘要 在某乘用车路试过程中发现子午线轮胎有重皮现象,首先通过紧急检测措施对轮胎进行排查,避免问题轮胎流入生产线,其次对轮胎重皮产生的内在原因进行分析,最后对轮胎重皮产生的外在原因进行排查。结果发现,轮胎重皮产生的根本原因为成型胶囊气压低于标准值、胎侧表面有喷涂液、胎侧未按标准贴合。通过督促轮胎供应商在生产过程中对轮胎质量进行严格把控,目前轮胎合格率为100%。总结轮胎重皮问题解决经验,可为后续轮胎供应商解决轮胎重皮问题提供参考。 During in the process of road test of a passenger vehicle,it was found that the radial tire had double skin.At first,emergency detection measures were taken to avoid the defective tire from flowing into the production line.Secondly,the internal causes of tire double skin problem were analyzed.Finally,the external causes of tire double skin problem were investigated.And it turns out that the main reasons for the tire double skin are the molding capsule pressure is lower than the standard value,the surface of the tire side has spraying liquid,and the tire side fitting does not conform to the standard.Then the supplier was required to strictly control tire quality in the tire production process.At present,the qualified rate of tires is 100%.Summarizing the experience of solving the problem of tire double skin can provide reference for the subsequent tire suppliers to solve the problem of tire double skin.
