摘要
针对PDC切削齿与不同钻头体母材的焊接强度存在较大差异,开展了胎体式和钢体式2种PDC钻头焊接强度和微观形貌的影响研究。通过比较接头剪切强度、界面微观形貌、钎料元素扩散情况和焊后断面特征,分析了胎体式和钢体式PDC钻头钎缝形成的差异,为其在工程上的应用提供理论依据。
In view of the great difference in welding strength between PDC cutters and different drill bit body base metals,the influence of welding strength and microstructure of two PDC drill bits,carcass type and steel type was studied.By comparing the shear strength of the joints,interface microstructure,diffusion of filler elements and cross-sectional characteristics,the differences in the formation of brazing joints of carcass and steel PDC drill bits were analyzed,which provides a theoretical basis for its engineering application.
