摘要
目的:探讨基于快速康复外科(FTS)理论的多维度护理对子宫肌瘤腹腔镜术后患者的影响。方法:将医院收治的80例子宫肌瘤行腹腔镜手术患者分为观察组和对照组。对照组患者行常规护理,观察组患者行基于FTS理论的多维度护理,以术后肛门排气时间、下床时间、术后住院时间作为术后恢复指标,用超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)作为生理应激指标,心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)、事件冲击量表(IES-R)作为心理应激指标。结果:观察组患者术后肛门排气时间、下床时间、术后住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);术后3 d观察组患者hs-CRP、IL-6、SOD及护理后CD-RISC、IES-R评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:子宫肌瘤腹腔镜患者应用基于FTS理论的多维度护理是可行的,不仅能促进术后恢复,还有助于减轻机体及心理应激反应。
Objective:To analyze the impact of multidimensional nursing based on the theory of rapid rehabilitation surgery(FTS)on postoperative patients with uterine fibroids undergoing laparoscopic surgery.Method:80 patients with uterine fibroids who underwent laparoscopic surgery in hospital were divided into two groups:the observation group and the control group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received multi-dimensional care based on the FTS theory.Postoperative anal exhaust time,bedtime,and hospital stay were used as postoperative recovery indicators.Hypersensitivity C-reactive protein(hs CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)Superoxide dismutase(SOD)is used as a physiological stress indicator,and the resilience scale(CD-RISC)and event impact scale(IES-R)are used as psychological stress indicators.Result:The observation group had shorter postoperative anal exhaust time,bedtime,and hospitalization time compared to the control group(P<0.05);The hs CRP,IL-6,SOD,and postoperative CD-RISC,IES-R scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group 3 days after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of multi-dimensional nursing based on FTS theory in laparoscopic patients with uterine fibroids is feasible,which can not only promote postoperative recovery,but also help alleviate physical and psychological stress reactions.
