摘要
目的探讨“靳三针”联合高压氧治疗卒中后痉挛性偏瘫(HSP)临床疗效。方法将2021年3月—2022年3月陕西省人民医院康复医学科收治的80例HSP患者按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组(40例,HBO治疗),观察组(40例,HBO治疗+“靳三针”疗法),治疗时间为14 d,对比两组HSP患者治疗前后的中医症状积分、临床痉挛指数(CSI)、患侧肢体功能恢复情况、日常生活能力评分(ADL)。结果治疗14 d后观察组中医症状积分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗14 d后观察组CSI评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗14 d后观察组患侧四肢简化Fugl-Meyer功能量表(FMA)评分高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗14 d后观察组ADL评定量表(BI)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论“靳三针”疗法+HBO治疗HSP患者,可以减轻HSP患者的中医症状,改善患侧痉挛程度与肢体运动能力,提高患者ADL,可以在康复医学科进行推广与使用。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Jin's three-needle therapy combined with hyperbaric oxygen(HBO)in the treatment of post-stroke spastic hemiplegia(HSP).Methods Eighty patients with HSP treated in department of rehabilitation medicine of Shaanxi Provincial People's Hospital between March 2021 and March 2022 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,including the control group(40 cases,treated with HBO)and the observation group(40 cases,HBO treatment+Jin's three-needle therapy),with the treatment time of 14 days.The TCM symptoms scores,clinical spasticity index(CSI),limb function recovery of affected side and activity of daily living(ADL)of patients with HSP in the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results After 14 days of treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The CSI scores of the observation group were lower compared with those of the control group after 14 days of treatment(P<0.05).The scores of simplified Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)of the affected limbs of the observation group after 14 days of treatment were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 14 days of treatment,the scores of aspects of ADL rating scale(BI)were higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jin's three-needle therapy and HBO in the treatment of patients with HSP can relieve the TCM symptoms,improve the spasticity of the affected side and limb motor ability and enhance the ADL of patients.It can be promoted and used in the department of rehabilitation medicine.
