摘要
文章介绍了国内外PE100级燃气管材专用料的发展概况及产品的性能。从蠕变断裂强度、耐应力开裂性和耐快速裂纹扩展性能3个维度分析比较了PE100+协会与国际标准对PE100管材专用料性能要求的差异。最后结合国内的研发和生产现状,对国内PE100级管材专用料的发展进行了展望。
In this paper,the development of PE100 gas pipe material at home and abroad was summarized.And the performance characteristics of the compound for PE100 gas pipe were described.Moreover,the difference of compound property requirements between the PE100+Association and the international standard was compared in three dimensions:creep rupture strength,stress crack resistance and resistance to rapid crack propagation.Finally,taking the actual situation of our country into consideration,the suggestion for the development of special materials for PE100 pipe was proposed.
