摘要
目的探讨针对性心理护理在维持性血液透析女性患者中的应用效果。方法选取2021年6月至2022年12月在潍坊内分泌与代谢病医院接受血液透析治疗的70例女性患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(35例)、干预组(35例)。对照组实施传统护理,干预组在对照组基础上实施针对性心理护理,观察两组护理前后的心理状态和治疗期间的生活质量。结果与对照组相比,干预组患者护理后的焦虑和抑郁评分均更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,干预组患者治疗期间的各项生活质量评分均更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性心理护理在维持性血液透析女性患者中的应用效果显著,可改善患者不良情绪,提高生活质量。
Objective To analyze the application effect of targeted psychological nursing in female patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Methods A total of 70 female patients who received hemodialysis treatment in Weifang Endocrine and Metabolic Disease Hospital from June 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into the control group(35 cases)and the intervention group(35 cases)by using the random number table method.The control group implemented the traditional nursing,the intervention group implemented targeted psychological nursing based on the control group,and the psychological state before and after nursing and the quality of life during the treatment were observed between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the anxiety and depression scores of the patients in the intervention group were lower,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the quality of life scores during treatment in the intervention group were higher,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of targeted psychological nursing in female patients with maintenance hemodialysis is effective in i mproving patients’adverse emotions and quality of life.
