摘要
目的探讨双歧杆菌联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的效果。方法选取2022年1月至12月曲阜市人民医院收治的50例腹泻患儿,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各25例。对照组采用蒙脱石散治疗,观察组使用双歧杆菌联合蒙脱石散治疗。比较两组治疗效果、止泻时间、住院时间及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组止泻时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论双歧杆菌联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的效果确切,可缩短止泻时间及住院时间,且具有安全性,临床可推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of Bifidobacterium combined with Montmorillonite Powder in the treatment of diarrhea in children.Methods A total of 50 children with diarrhea admitted to People’s Hospital of Qufu City from January to December 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The therapeutic effect,antidiarrheal time,length of hospital stay and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The antidiarrheal time and length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Bifidobacterium combined with Montmorillonite Powder is effective in the treatment of diarrhea in children,can shorten antidiarrheal time and length of hospital stay,and it is safe and can be popularized in the clinic.
