摘要
目的探究全关节镜下韧带修补治疗青少年慢性踝关节不稳的临床疗效和安全性。方法本研究选取2020年6月至2021年6月在深圳平乐骨伤科医院就诊并接受治疗的26例青少年慢性踝关节不稳患者作为研究对象,均采用全关节镜下韧带修补治疗。采用治疗前后的视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分、美国足踝外科协会(American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society,AOFAS)踝-后足功能评分评价综合疗效,并记录韧带愈合及并发症的发生情况。结果26例患者均获得有效随访,随访时间为6~12个月,平均(7.34±1.67)个月,无并发症发生,术后3个月MRI提示韧带愈合,治疗后VAS评分及AOFAS评分均优于治疗前(P<0.05)。治疗的总有效率为96.15%。结论采用全关节镜下韧带修补治疗青少年慢性踝关节不稳较安全,可有效重建踝关节稳定性,可早期恢复运动能力,改善疼痛、不稳等症状,临床疗效确切。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and security of ligament repair in the treatment of chronic ankle instability in young patients under arthroscopy.Methods From June 2020 to June 2021,26 patients were enrolled in Shenzhen Pingle Orthopedics and Traumatology Hospital,who were treated with ligament repair under arthroscopy.The visual analogue scale(VAS)and American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society(AOFAS)score were administered to assess the clinical outcomes.Ligament healing and complications were recorded.Results All the patients were effectively followed up from 6 to 12 months,with an average of(7.34±1.67)months,and no complications occurred.MRI indicated ligament healing 3 months after surgery.VAS score and AOFAS score after treatment were better than before treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment was 96.15%.Conclusion Ligament repair in the treatment under arthroscopy of young patients with ankle instability is safe,can effectively rebuild the stability of the ankle joint,early recovery of patients’exercise ability,improve pain,instability and other symptoms,the clinical effect is accurate.
