摘要
科学合理地划定保护分区是平衡当前自然保护地生态旅游与生态保护之间矛盾的关键,也是我国建立以国家公园为主体的自然保护区体系的重要环节。以安徽省升金湖国家级自然保护区为案例,运用优化的Marxan模型、ArcGIS空间分析法与层次分析法,识别保护价值高、保护成本低的规划单元,构建以低成本协调生态保护与旅游发展之间矛盾的优先保护格局,并明确生态旅游适宜性分区方法与管理策略。结果表明:升金湖国家级自然保护区建立的优先保护单元共403个,面积共100.75 km^(2)。区域内生态旅游适宜性Ⅱ、Ⅲ级所占区块面积较大,分别为47.11%、25.48%;Ⅰ级、Ⅳ级与Ⅴ级地区面积均较小。综合划定了以3大功能区和7类功能亚区为主体的自然保护区生态旅游功能分区。研究结果有助于服务升金湖国家级自然保护区未来生态旅游功能区划决策实施。
Science-based and rational delineation of conservation zones is the key to balancing the conflicting interests between tourism and ecological protection in protected natural areas,and also an important component of national-park-oriented nature reserve system.Taking Shengjin Lake National Nature Reserve in Anhui Province as a case,this study applies optimized Marxan modeling,ArcGIS spatial analysis,and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to identify planning units with high conservation value and low protection costs for constructing a priority conservation pattern that effectively reconciles the conflicts between ecological protection and tourism development at a low cost.Additionally,the study clarifies the methods and management strategies for ecotourism suitability zoning.The result shows that there are 403 priority protection units established in Shengjin Lake National Nature Reserve,with an area of 100.75 km^(2).The area of ecological tourism suitability levels II and III in the reserve occupies a large proportion,accounting for 47.11%and 25.48%,respectively,while the area of ecological tourism suitability levels I,IV and V is relatively small.Accordingly,a natural reserve ecotourism functional zoning with 3 major functional zones and 7 types of functional sub-zones is comprehensively delineated.The study would give support to the decision-makings on and the implementation of future ecotourism functional zoning in Shengjin Lake National Nature Reserve.
