摘要
目的分析国内外虚拟仿真技术在护理教育领域运用的现状及研究热点,探索发展趋势,为我国虚拟仿真护理教育教学研究提供参考。方法在PubMed、web of science、CNKI、WanFangDate和VIP数据库查询国内外虚拟仿真技术在护理教育领域应用研究的文献。检索时限为建库至2022年12月31日,运用NoteExpress3.6进行文献整理、CiteSpace 5.7对其进行可视化分析。结果最终纳入393篇中文文献、473篇英文文献,2013年起发文量呈上升趋势,美国在该领域产出数量大。虚拟仿真技术在护理实训中的应用是当前研究热点,国内研究侧重护理操作,国外研究相对侧重人文关怀,虚拟仿真实验平台及虚拟仿真教学软件的构建和应用是未来研究趋势。结论虚拟仿真在护理教育领域研究内容多元丰富,后续应增加护理人文关怀、质性研究和课程思政的运用,加强跨专业、跨地区合作,增强护理教育虚拟仿真平台及软件建设,英文文献研究可为我国虚拟仿真护理教育研究提供参考。
Objective To analyze the research status quo,focus and trend of virtual simulation(VS)technology applied to nursing education at home and abroad,and provide reference for such research in China.Methods Domestic and foreign papers on application of VS in nursing education published since the establishment of the databases until December 31,2022 were retrieved from PubMed,web of science,CNKI,Wanfang Data and VIP database.NoteExpress36 was used to manage the literature and CiteSpace 57 for visual analysis.Results A total of 393 Chinese papers and 473 English papers were included in the study.Since 2013,the number of publications has been on the rise.Researchers from the United States produced the largest number.The application of VS in practical nursing training is the research focus at present.Domestic research focused on nursing procedures and skills,while foreign research humanistic care.The construction and application of VS experiment platform and training software will probably be the future research trend.Conclusions The research into VS in nursing education is diversified and rich in terms of content.In the future,researchers should pay more attention to humanistic care,qualitative research,and ideological and political education in professional courses,strengthen interdisciplinary and cross⁃regional cooperation,and enhance the construction of nursing education VS platform and software.Additionally,English papers can provide reference for relevant nursing education research in China.
