摘要
随着增材制造技术在建筑领域的快速发展,混凝土3D打印技术已成为建筑行业的重要组成部分。为了发挥混凝土3D打印建造复杂曲面结构的优势,采用机械臂打印非线性大空间壳体结构,开发了一套从设计到建造的混凝土3D打印工作流程。同时,设计了一种混凝土3D打印材料配合比,从流动性、凝结时间、可挤出性、可建造性四方面对材料的打印性能进行评估。根据打印结构特点,通过两阶段打印并组装成型的方式进行3D打印试验,成功打印出15m高大空间壳体混凝土结构,验证了工作流程和打印材料的有效性。
With the rapid development of additive manufacturing technology in the construction field,concrete 3D printing technology has become an important part of the construction industry.A set of concrete 3D printing workflows,from design to construction,was developed by using a mechanical arm to print a nonlinear large space shell structure to give full play to the advantages of concrete 3D printing in building complex curved surface structures.Meanwhile,a mix ratio of concrete 3D printing material was designed to evaluate the printing performance of the material from the four aspects of fluidity,setting time,extrudability,and constructability.According to the characteristics of the printing structure,the 3D printing experiment was carried out using a two-stage printing and assembly forming method,and a 1.5 m-high large space shell concrete structure was successfully printed,which verified the effectiveness of both the workflows and printing materials.
