摘要
针对陕西某矿巷道具有软岩、破碎顶板的特点,以及在倾斜巷道复杂情况下重型液压支架运输难的问题,设计重型防爆柴油单轨吊机车设备。根据现场条件,在单轨吊吊装方法、装备、使用中现场管理等方面开展技术实践,实现了用单轨吊对45 t重型液压支架的整体输送。相对于常规绞车运输,运输效率增加50%以上,成功地解决了目前综采工作面常规回采时准备工作量大、运输效率低、安全管理复杂性问题,能够达到安全、有效以及复杂地质情况下综采工作面的迅速装退,提高了煤矿井下辅助运输的自动化程度。
In view of the characteristics of soft rock and broken roof in the roadway of a mine in Shaanxi,and the difficulty in transporting heavy hydraulic supports in the complex situation of inclined roadway,a heavy-duty explosion-proof diesel monorail crane locomotive equipment is designed.In light of on-site conditions,technical practice is carried out in the lifting methods,equipment,on-site management during use the application of monorail cranes.The overall transportation of 45 t heavy hydraulic support is realized with monorail crane.Compared with conventional winch transportation,the transportation efficiency increases by more than 50%.It successfully solves the problems of heavy preparation workload,low transportation efficiency,and complex safety management during conventional mining in current fully mechanized mining faces,and can achieve safe,effective,and rapid loading and unloading in fully mechanized mining faces under complex geological conditions.
