摘要
目的:比较流体树脂与玻璃离子分别联合复合树脂充填在成人中度楔状缺损患者中的应用效果。方法:选择2019年9月~2021年6月医院收治的65例成人中度楔状缺损患者(187颗患牙)为研究对象,按照简单随机分组法分为两组:流体树脂联合复合树脂充填(流体树脂组,91颗患牙);玻璃离子联合复合树脂充填(玻璃离子组,96颗患牙),对比两组修复后牙齿敏感度、边缘密合度及充填成功率。结果:流体树脂组修复后1周,1个月牙齿敏感程度均高于玻璃离子组(P<0.05),修复后12个月牙齿敏感程度与玻璃离子组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。流体树脂组修复后1周,1个月修复体边缘密合度、充填成功率与玻璃离子组比较差异不显著(P>0.05),修复后12个月流体树脂组修复体边缘密合度高于玻璃离子组(P<0.05),充填成功率高于玻璃离子组(P<0.05)。结论:流体树脂与玻璃离子衬垫材料均能够使成人中度楔状缺损患者获得满意的修复效果,流体树脂在修复后充填成功率、改善边缘密合度方面优于玻璃离子,而在早期预防牙齿敏感方面弱于玻璃离子。
Objective:To compare the application effects of flowable resin and glass ionomer respectively combined with compound resin filling in adult patients with moderate wedge-shaped defects.Methods:Sixty-five adult patients,a total of 187 affected teeth with moderate wedge-shaped defects,admitted to the hospital from September 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and randomly divided into two groups.Patients treated with flowable resin and compound resin filling were defined as the flowable resin group(light-curing flowable resin,Beautifil Flow,91 affected teeth).Patients treated with glass ionomer and compound resin filling were defined as the glass ionomer group(glass ionomer cement,Fuji II,96 affected teeth).Tooth sensitivity,marginal fit and the success rate of filling were compared between the two groups after restoration.Results:Tooth sensitivity of the flowable resin group was higher than that of the glass ionomer group at 1 week and 1 month after restoration(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference at 12 months after restoration(P>0.05).There were no significant difference between the groups in terms of marginal fitness of the affected teeth,the success rates of filling at 1 week and 1 month after restoration(P>0.05).The marginal fitness of the affected teeth,the success rate of filling were higher in the flowable resin group than that in the glass ionomer groupin at 12 months after restoration(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both of flowable resin and glass ionomer can get relatively satisfactory results in adult patients with moderate wedgeshaped defects.Flowable resin is better than glass ionomer in terms of the success rate of filling,and improving marginal adhesion after restoration.However,it is inferior to glass ionomer in preventing tooth sensitivity in early stage.
