摘要
脑卒中病情发展快,致残、致死率高,多数患者会伴有偏瘫、失语和认知障碍等后遗症,影响身体平衡能力,易出现意外跌倒,严重影响其正常生活。预防跌倒是老年脑卒中患者的安全管理中重要内容之一。为此,本文对老年脑卒中患者跌倒风险因素进行了归纳,并总结了相应的预防对策,为降低患者跌倒风险提供有效的参考资料。
Stroke develops rapidly,with high disability and fatality rates.Most patients will be accompanied by sequelae such as hemiplegia,aphasia,and cognitive impairment,which will affect the body's balance ability,prone to accidental falls,and seriously affect their normal life.Prevention of falls is one of the important contents in the safety management of elderly stroke patients.This article summarizes the risk factors of falls in elderly stroke patients,and summarizes the corresponding preventive measures,so as to provide effective reference materials for reducing the risk of falls in patients.
