摘要
智能牵引供电系统已全面应用于京张、京雄高铁中,广域保护装置的应用及层次化保护、自愈重构等智能化功能的应用均需新的测试手段进行检验。本文对便携式网络化检测设备进行研究,该检测设备具备满足小所智能化检测需求,在既有变电所测试装置基础上进行便携化改造,能满足变电所分布式扩容需求。装置具有较好的先进性,能够记录智能牵引供电系统各所亭内的所有IEC61850通信报文,实时监视自动化系统运行状况和工况,及时对异常情况进行报警,并可根据所记录的系统通信报文进行综合离线分析,查找并分析系统存在的隐患和异常,指导有关人员定位、排除系统隐患或故障。
The intelligent traction power supply systems have been comprehensively applying on Beijing-Zhangjiakou high-speed railway and Beijing-Xiong’an high-speed railway.The application of wide area protection device and intelligent functions such as hierarchical protection and self-healing reconstruction,new methods are required to test the intelligent traction power supply system.The paper studies the portable networked inspection equipment,which is able to meet the intelligent inspection requirements of small substation,and the portable reconstruction has been carried out for it on the basis of the existing testing device of the substation,and it is able to meet the requirements of distributed expansion of the substation.The device has good progressiveness and is able to record the all IEC 61850 communication messages of the substations and posts of the intelligent traction power supply system,monitor the operation status and working conditions of the automation system in real time,alarm the abnormal conditions in a timely manner,and conduct comprehensive off-line analysis on the basis of the recorded system communication messages to find and analyze the hidden dangers or faults of the system.
