摘要
洞门钢环对盾构机顺利始发以及隧道掘进中线的控制起着巨大的作用,因而对隧道洞门钢环的定位精度有着极高的要求。而直径超过10 m的超大直径洞门钢环对精度有着更高的要求。本文结合某过江通道15.5 m超大直径隧道洞门钢环安装难度大、精度要求更高的特点,通过洞门安装定位实测数据计算分析,针对原始数据中混入的噪声点影响拟合精度的问题,在传统的拟合方法中加入随机抽样一致算法(random sample consensus,RANSAC),提高了拟合模型对粗差的抵抗性,有效地克服了噪声点对拟合精度的扰动,获得了良好的抵抗效果。
The steel ring at the tunnel portal plays a huge role in the smooth starting of the shield machine and the control of the central line of the tunnel excavation,so it has a high requirement for the positioning accuracy of the steel ring at the tunnel portal.However,the steel ring with a diameter of more than 10 m has higher requirements for accuracy.In this paper,based on the characteristics of a 15.5 m super-large diameter tunnel crossing the river that the installation of the steel ring at the portal was difficult and requires higher accuracy,through the calculation and analysis of the measured data of the portal installation and positioning,aiming at the problem that the noise points mixed in the original data affect the fitting accuracy,the random sample consensus(RANSAC)algorithm was added to the traditional fitting method,which improved the resistance of the fitting model to gross errors,and effectively overcame the disturbance of the noise points on the fitting accuracy,Good resistance effect was obtained.
