摘要
目的:探索6-7岁儿童体质健康水平与基本运动技能之间的关系,以期寻找促进儿童体质健康和基本运动技能发展的体育活动,为丰富儿童体育课程内容提供参考。研究方法:以广州市第一小学随机选取的一年级两个班学生(均为6-7岁)为实验对象,实验班按照本实验设计的内容进行训练,对照班依据学校体育课程进行训练。根据《国家学生体质健康标准》和TGMD-2测试量表实验的测试结果,研究体质健康水平与基本运动技能之间的相关性。研究结果:对照组与实验组学生体质健康水平和基本运动技能发展不均衡,二者各个子项目之间存在不同相关性。研究结论:多样且丰富的训练内容更有助于6-7岁儿童体质健康水平的提高和基本运动技能的发展,6-7岁儿童体质健康水平与基本运动技能之间存在中低度相关。建议:探索更多合适的训练内容来促进儿童全面发展。
The objective of this paper is to explore the correlation between physical health level and basic motor skills of children aged 6-7 years,in order to find sports activities that promote both physical health and basic motor skills of children,and to provide reference for enriching the content of physical education curriculum for children.Methods:Two classes of first-grade students(aged 6-7 years old)randomly selected from a primary school in Guangzhou were selected as experimental subjects.The experimental group was trained according to the content of the experiment design,and the control group was trained according to the school physical education curriculum.According to the National Physical Health Standard of Students and the test results of TGMD-2 test scale experiment,the correlation between physical health level and basic motor skills was studied.Results:The physical health level and basic motor skill development of the students in the control group and the experimental group were unbalanced,and there were dfferent correlations between each sub-item of the two groups.Conclusion:Various and rich training content is more conducive to the improvement of physical health level and the development of basic motor skills of children aged 6-7 years old.There is a moderate and low correlation between physical health level and basic motor skills of children aged 6-7 years old.More suitable training content should be explored to promote the all-round development of children.
