摘要
《关于进一步减轻义务教育阶段学生作业负担和校外培训负担的意见》被称为史上最严“减负令”,以“校内校外同步,课内课外协同,减负增效一体,政府社会统筹”为重要举措,彰显了国家对教育内卷和校外教育培训治理的决心。基于校外体育培训在培训内容、培训师资、培训目标等欠规范发展的现状,本文提出了“坚持政府主导、加强社会治理、丰富市场供给、引导理性需求、挖掘校内资源”的治理和优化发展路径。
The"Double Reduction"policy is known as the strictest"burden reduction order"in Chinese history,with important measures such as"synchronization between school and campus,coordination between class and extracurricular activities,integration of burden reduction and efficiency enhancement,and government and social coordination",demonstrating the determination to better govern education and extracurricular training.Based on the current situation of extracurricular sports training in terms of training content,teachers,goals,etc.,a governance path of"adhering to government leadership,strengthening social governance,enriching market suply,guiding rational demand,and excavating campus resources"has been proposed.
