摘要
目的:对比分析CT、MRI在膝半月板与关节软骨损伤中诊断价值。方法:以200例膝半月板与关节软骨损伤患者(196个膝半月板损伤、200个关节软骨损伤)为样本,时间为2021年6月至2022年7月,均开展CT、MRI检查,对比两组检出率差异。结果:以关节镜检查为金标准,MRI检查软骨损伤Ⅳ级检出率、半月板损伤Ⅲ级检出率均较CT检查高,P<0.05;MRI检出率与关节镜镜检对比,P>0.05;CT检查软骨损伤Ⅳ级检出率、半月板损伤Ⅲ级检出率均较关节镜镜检低,P<0.05。结论:MRI在膝半月板与关节软骨损伤诊断中检出率较高,与关节镜镜检结果相近,可推广应用。
Objective:To compare the diagnostic value of CT and MRI in knee meniscus and articular cartilage injury.Methods:200 patients with knee meniscus injury and articular cartilage injury(196 patients with knee meniscus injury and 200 patients with articular cartilage injury)admitted to the hospital from June 2021 to July 2022 were selected as samples.CT and MRI examinations were performed to compare the difference in detection rate between the two groups.Results:With arthroscopy as the gold standard,the detection rate of grade Ⅳ cartilage injury and grade Ⅲ meniscus injury by MRI was higher than that by CT,P<0.05.The detection rate of MRI was compared with that of arthroscopy,P>0.05.The detection rate of Grade Ⅳ cartilage injury and grade Ⅲ meniscus injury by CT was lower than that by arthroscopy(P<0.05).Conclusion:MRI has a high detection rate in the diagnosis of knee meniscus and articular cartilage injury,which is similar to the results of arthroscopy,and can be widely used.
