摘要
本试验对电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定氧化锌中铅含量的不确定度进行评定,根据分析方法,建立数学模型,找出检测过程中影响结果的不确定度分量来源并进行评定分析,最终得到不确定度评定结果。
This paper determines the uncertainty evaluation of lead content in zinc oxide by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission,sets up mathematical model according to the analysis method,finds out the sources of uncertainty components that influence the results in the process of testing,conducts the and evaluation analysis,and finally gets the uncertainty evaluation results.
