摘要
高压辊磨机能量利用率较高且显著提高混合精粉比表面积,降低其粒度。球团生产中普遍使用高压辊磨机来有效提高混合料成球性能,改善后续干燥工艺段工况。高压辊磨机在生产过程由于直漏内料位检测困难,严重影响了辊压效果,对此,对常用料位计应用效果进行了分析,并根据设备安装条件及混合料物料特性设计了气体料位计。通过生产试验验证了气体料位计为检测辊压直漏内料位的可行解决方案,并以此为基础构建辊压操作控制模型。模型投用后,混合料比表面积由辊压前的868.84 cm2/g提高至1138.65 cm2/g,-200目粒级占比由辊压前的63.94%增加至68.59%,效果显著。
High pressure roller mill has a high energy utilization rate and significantly increases the specific surface area of blend of iron concentrates,reducing its particle size.High pressure roller mills are commonly used in pellet production to effectively improve the balling performance of the mixture and improve the subsequent drying process conditions.Due to the difficulty in detecting the material level inside the direct discharge silo during the production process of the high pressure roller,the rolling effect has been seriously affected.Therefore,the application effect of commonly used material level meters has been analyzed,and a gas level gauge has been designed based on the installation conditions of the equipment and the characteristics of the mixed materials.Through production experiments,it was verified that the gas level gauge is a feasible solution for detecting the material level inside the direct discharge silo,and based on this,a roller press operation control model was constructed.After the model was put into use,the specific surface area of the mixture increased from 868.84 cm2/g before rolling to 1138.65cm2/g,and the proportion of-200 mesh particle size increased from 63.94%before rolling to 68.59%,the application effect is significant.
