摘要
“十四五”时期,国家层面重点开展“四大重点工程项目”,推动国家区域医疗中心建设则是其中之一。在国家区域医疗中心建设过程中,财务管理方面存在若干突出问题,建议从落实运营主体责任和经营管理决策权、加强财务人才建设、财务管理体系的对标建设、创新财务会计核算科目体系、构建绩效评价指标体系和搭建财务共享信息平台等6个方面探索最优化路径,从而充分发挥财务区域协同和共享效应,为国家区域医疗中心的可持续发展添砖加瓦。
During the"14th Five-Year Plan"period,the national level focused on carrying out the"Four Key Projects",and promoting the construction of regional medical centers was one of them.In the process of construction,there are several outstanding problems in financial management.It is recommended to implement the responsibility of the main body of operation and the decision-making power of business management,strengthen the construction of financial talents,build a bench marking financial management system,innovate the financial accounting subject system,and build a performance evaluation index system.Explore the optimal path in six aspects,including building a financial sharing information platform,so as to give full play to the synergy and sharing effects of financial regions,and ultimately contribute to the sustainable development of regional medical centers.
