摘要
薄型子宫内膜、排卵功能障碍是女性不孕症的常见病因,中医治疗方法为补肾调经助孕。根据女性月经周期不同阶段的生理特点,分期进行调经治疗可有效促进子宫内膜生长,促进卵泡发育并排卵。中医外治法,例如针灸治疗(包括针刺、艾灸、穴位埋线、梅花针叩刺、耳穴治疗等)、中药外敷治疗、中药保留灌肠治疗等,可增强内治法的效果、弥补内治法的不足,中药内服和中医外治法联合使用治疗薄型子宫内膜合并排卵功能障碍性不孕症效果显著,成功率高。
Thin endometrium and ovulation dysfunction are common causes of female infertility.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment method is to tonify kidney,regulate menstruation and help pregnancy.According to the physiological characteristics of different stages of female menstrual cycle,menstruation regulation treatment by stages can effectively promote endometrial growth,and promote follicular development and ovulation.External treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,such as acupuncture treatment(including acupuncture,moxibustion,acupoints catgut embedding,plum blossom needle tapping,auricular point treatment,etc.),external application of Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine retention enema treatment,etc.,can enhance the effect of internal treatment.The combination of oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has remarkable curative effect and high success rate in treating infertility with thin endometrium complicated with ovulation dysfunction.
