摘要
五行作为中国古代哲学思想的重要内容,化生于阴阳,分属于五脏,于生克之间交互联系。中医诊断学作为理论与临床实践的桥梁,在学习时应注重思维模式的构建。作者从五行的阐释、五行与四诊、五行与脏腑辨证三大方面进行阐述,重点阐述五行的思维模式在中医诊断学中的体现,以期有助于中医思维模式构建,更好地指导临床。
The five elements,as an important part of ancient Chinese philosophy,are derived from yin and yang,belonging to the five internal organs,and interact with each other.As a bridge between theory and clinical practice,diagnostics of traditional Chinese medicine should pay attention to the construction of thinking mode in learning diagnostics of traditional Chinese medicine.The author elaborated from the interpretation of the five elements,the five elements and the four diagnostic methods,and the five elements and the syndrome differentiation of viscera,focusing on the reflection of the five elements’thinking mode in diagnostics of traditional Chinese medicine,which is helpful to the construction of traditional Chinese medicine thinking mode,so as to achieve better clinical guidance.
