摘要
目的 探讨经尿道前列腺电切术后持续膀胱冲洗中应用自制比色卡的临床效果。方法 于2021年6月至2022年6月我院行经尿道前列腺电切术的患者84例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组各42例,试验组术后应用自制比色卡实施持续膀胱冲洗,对照组术后行常规持续膀胱冲洗。比较两组患者膀胱冲洗情况及并发症发生情况,患者舒适度、术后康复效果及满意度。结果 试验组术后导尿管留置时间、膀胱冲洗时间及住院时间均短于对照组,膀胱冲洗量少于对照组(P<0.05);并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组Kolcaba舒适状况量表(GCQ)评分高于对照组,术后1个月时的国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)低于对照组(P<0.05),且患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在经尿道前列腺电切术患者持续膀胱冲洗中应用自制比色卡可有效缩短患者术后尿管、膀胱冲洗及住院时间,减少膀胱冲洗量,降低并发症发生率,进一步提升患者舒适度、术后康复效果与满意度。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of self-made colorimeter in continuous bladder irrigation after transurethral resection of prostate.A total of 84 patients undergoing transurethral resection of prostate in our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected.The patients were divided into a control group and a test group according to random number table method,42 in each group.The test group underwent continuous bladder irrigation with self-made colorimetric cards,and the control group underwent routine continuous bladder irrigation.Bladder irrigation,complications,comfort,postoperative rehabilitation and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Postoperative catheter indwelling time,bladder irrigation time and hospital stay of the test group were shorter and bladder irrigation volume was less than those of the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the test group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Kolcaba Comfort Scale(GCQ)score of the test group was higher than that of the control group.The International Prostate Symptom Score(IPSS)of the test group was lower than that of the control group after one month of surgery(P<0.05).Patients’satisfaction of the test group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The application of self-made colorimetric card in continuous bladder irrigation of patients undergoing transurethral resection of prostate can effectively shorten the duration of postoperative urinary duct,bladder irrigation and hospital stay and reduce the volume of bladder irrigation and the incidence of complications.It further improves the comfort level,postoperative rehabilitation effect and satisfaction of the patients.
